Booking Terms & Conditions for Clients

We would appreciate if you could pay your account on the day of service. Any accounts unsettled at the end of the month incur an account keeping fee.

Overdue accounts may be sent to a debt collection agency to retrieve fees. In which case the responsible party will be liable for all costs and commissions associated with fee collection.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend your appointment we request you give us up to 24 hours notice to avoid FULL fees being charged.

Telehealth:

Telehealth consults are payable in full prior to the Telehealth session. An invoice will be emailed to you afterwards.
