Guest speaker and Orthopaedic Surgeon Mr Keith Winters, and Physiotherapist Brandon Kam will discuss surgical options for the unstable ankle, when surgery is indicated, and advanced rehab ideas.
Keith Winters will present on the latest surgical options for the unstable ankle followed by Brandon Kam demonstrating conservative options and high-level rehab strategies for return to sport.

How to use Foam Rollers & Spikey Balls Prepare for Sport, Prevent Injuries & Enhance Recovery.
Join physio Robert De Nardis for a practical session demonstrating all the different ways to use foam rollers and spikey balls.

Attendees will walk away with a better understanding of how to effectively use these tools to Prepare for sport, Reduce injury risk, & Enhance recovery. Attendees will receive a premium spikey ball to take home!

CAREERS SESSIONS

Sandringham Sports Physio offers two free careers sessions each year to Year 10 -12 students, covering: Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage/Myotherapy, Podiatry, and Dietetics & Sports Nutrition. If you are interested in a career in Sports Medicine, this is an opportunity to visit our Clinic, meet with practitioners from various fields, participate in workshops and have their questions answered by experienced therapists.

Workshops are for observation purposes only and do not require students to participate in manual techniques. Workshops are designed to be interactive allowing students to ask questions related to a career in Sports Medicine. Numbers are limited to 27 students & registration is required. Students will be provided with a certificate of attendance upon completion.
