We have a dedicated team of 10 physiotherapists, one osteopath, 2 podiatrists, and 4 Massage/Myotherapists and we work in close association with Melbourne’s leading orthopedic and sports physicians. We operate a 7 day per week service, as well as supplying physiotherapy services to prominent sporting teams such as the successful Sandringham Football Club, Melbourne Tigers and Sabres basketball.
The Clinic offers an exceptional mentoring program, where all new staff are assigned to one of our senior physiotherapists. Mentoring at SSM aims to provide the new therapist with support in areas of: clinical decision making, sports injury management, professional conduct, career guidance, presentation and public speaking skills and patient management advice not instructed at the undergraduate level.
